Isaac and I ran a few errands today while Luke was at OT. We had to go by Petsmart to get Cracker some food. We spent about half an hour there checking out all of the fish, turtles, lizards, birds, hamsters, etc. Isaac has always loved and been fascinated by animals. Today we learned that the standard goldfish can actually live about 10 years and grow to be a foot long. Most people keep them in simple bowls where the water is not oxygenated and they die quickly. In order for them to have a long healthy life they should be in tanks with an air pump. Who knew? I asked Isaac if he wanted to carry one of the bags of dog food out to the car. He insisted that he was super strong and wanted to carry both!
